First ever, music icons Ely Buendia and Bamboo Manalac
perform live on one stage for one night at the country’s first-ever silent
concert by Sony Philippines at the Rockwell Tent to celebrate and show what it
truly means to give justice to sound, and inspire people to appreciate true
sound quality.
Why silent? The attendees are given a chance to
experience the new range of headphones featuring Sony’s cutting edge design and the highest
form of sound quality, High Resolution Audio, through the MDR models
MDR-1RBTMK2, MDR-1RMK2, and MDR-10RC.
Tapping from its track record of design and technological
innovation, the High Resolution Audio series delivers the genuine and clearest
reproduction of today’s music. It is the
latest standard in audio quality that reproduces music just as artists
intended, taking listeners through a unique sound journey that they can fully
enjoy as if they were at the recording studio or onstage at a live concert with
the artist.
Currently available in all participating Sony Centres
nationwide, Sony Philippines has brought in the MDR-1RBTMK2, MDR-1RMK2, and
MDR-10RC headphones. This new range of headphones supports High
Resolution Audio, which means they can pick up all the depth and detail in each
recording. They will also enhance the sound from less detailed sources such as
compressed MP3s, so all your favorite music will sound better than ever.
This impressive line-up features
top-notch sound quality, optimal fit and cutting edge design that immerse users
into a comfortable listening experience that embodies the best of Sony to
deliver crystal-clear and natural vocals with musical balance between all
instruments.
The audience is treated to a night filled with good
music as a result of the artists’ hard work, passion and dedication through an
unusual event. “We are happy to be partners with Sony in bringing great music
to the audience. These past few months have been a good opportunity for us to
reach out to the people, emphasize how music really deserves respect, and how
all the great songs should be heard with the right technology,” shared Bamboo
Manalac.
“Sony knows how to make music come alive – their
headphones give justice to the music so people hear it clearly. The sound is
captured similar with how artists like me and Bamboo have recorded it in the
studio. Through this silent concert, we hope to inspire people to feel the
music and hear it at its purest and best quality,” said Ely Buendia.
A silent concert headlined by two of the greatest
music icons in the country, a good set of headphones and the right music to set
the mood – Sony, indeed, continues to inspire people to have a better
appreciation of quality music.
